ENVISIONING: Let’s make some plans! 2025

7th - 12th Grade

September 19 - 21, 2025

Friday evening we arrived to a newly placed craft table and many bead options. After a delicious dinner of pasta and salad, we gathered in our first session where we discussed expectations and rules after a brief game of “big wind”. We then had freetime, leading into a time consuming game of sardines. We listened to a story about scientific study in Australia, then went off to bed.

We woke up on Saturday to a breakfast of eggs and bacon. We then had session, where we played night at the museum and wrote collaborative stories, followed by games of banana tag, plocting, and lemonade. After session was freetime, including much fort building , playing of old cooperative quaker games and much music, which continued throughout the weekend. Next was a wonderful lunch of baked potatoes and broccoli cheddar soup, followed by “freetime” during which a small group went up to Dorsen’s Rock and many people played “dress to impress in real life”. We then had work projects and, when the Dorsen’s Rock group returned, session. At session we discussed what we wanted to do during the weekend. Session then led into 3-way massage, followed by selfspace. Dinner was next; chicken, mushrooms and rice; followed by another session, where we discussed our favorite PoHo games, songs, and work projects. Following the general theme of the weekend of holding into traditions, we then got ready for cabaret, during which there were many wonderous acts. Cabaret was followed by a game of amoeba sardines and a snack, then a story about a sculpter in the city of seven. Everyone then went up to bed.

On Sunday morning, we woke up and had bagels and oatmeal for breakfast. We then had session, where we decorated an envisioning t-shirt and played primate bellows. We then had singing and worship, followed by a delicious lunch of tacos. We had a bittersweet goodbye, leaving excited for the next conference.
