Conferences tend to have waiting lists!! Here's how to better ensure your conference attendance and how to help out Powell House in the process. Also be sure to read the Youth Program Conference Information page.
Be sure to mail us a registration form and deposit.

- Register at least 3 weeks before the conference.
- A $20 deposit must be enclosed for each conference you wish to attend. Registrations will not be processed until a deposit is received.
- We do not accept registrations over the phone, by e-mail or by fax.
- If you are registering within two weeks of the conference starting date, please call us and let us know that your registration and deposit are in the mail.
- Call us if you think you registered but have not received a confirmation letter. We send out letters even if you're on the waiting list.
- Call us if you need to know sooner about your registration status for a conference.
Call to cancel as soon as you know you can't come. Often times we have a waiting list. The sooner you cancel, the sooner we can let someone else know that they are in. It also helps us out with logistics and preparation.
