How to Register for Youth Conferences
Conferences tend to have waiting lists!! Here's how to better ensure your conference attendance and how to help out Powell House in the process.

Be sure to mail us a registration form and deposit. Print PDF form with Adobe Acrobat Reader or Print the HTML form
- Register at least 3 weeks before the conference.
- A $20 deposit must be enclosed for each conference you wish to attend. Registrations will not be processed until a deposit is received.
- We do not accept registrations over the phone, by e-mail or by fax.
- If you are registering within two weeks of the conference starting date, please call us and let us know that your registration and deposit are in the mail.
Wait to receive a confirmation letter 1 weeks prior to the start of the conference.
- Call us if you think you registered but have not received a confirmation letter. We send out letters even if you're on the waiting list.
- Call us if you need to know sooner about your registration status for a conference.
Keep us informed! If problems or concerns arise about registration, please call us as soon as possible. We value your help and your feedback!
Call to cancel as soon as you know you can't come. Often times we have a waiting list. The sooner you cancel, the sooner we can let someone else know that they are in. It also helps us out with logistics and preparation.
