FROM THE WEST
(UPSTATE NEW YORK)
- Take I- 90 to Exit 11E (Rte. 20 East).
- Take Rte. 20 east. Go straight through the first two stoplights near the Thruway and continue several miles to the traffic light in Nassau.
- Turn right and then an immediate left on the diagonal (La Bella's Pizza should be on your right). Follow Malden Bridge Road to the yield sign in Malden Bridge.
- Go left past the post office and cross the bridge.
- Turn right before the white church onto Shaker Museum road--drive about two miles until the road comes to a "T" and go left onto County Rte. 13.
- Turn right onto the dirt road at the Powell House sign (about 50 yards from the "T").

FROM THE EAST
(MASSACHUSETTS)
- Take I-90/Berkshire Spur/Mass Pike to Exit B2 (Taconic Parkway).
- Take a right immediately after the toll booths, following the "commercial traffic" sign to route 295.
- As soon as you exit, you have to go left at the T because the other way is a dead end. You will swing back left again to go under the bridge. Follow those signs to 295.
- Turn left onto route 295 and go 1 mile to East Chatham. Just past the new post office, turn left at the sign "Old Chatham 3 Miles."
- At the stop sign in Old Chatham, turn left just past the Old Chatham Country Store onto County Route 13.
- After one mile you'll see the Powell House sign marking a dirt road on your left. You may enter the driveway to load and unload. Parking is in the lot up the road past all the buildings.

I-87 / NY Thruway
FROM THE SOUTH
( NYC/ NEW JERSEY)
- Take I-87 Thruway to Exit 21A (towards the Mass Turnpike & Boston). You will pass exits 21 and 21B before you get to 21A.
- Go 15 miles to Exit B2 (Taconic Parkway). From here, follow the directions for "FROM THE EAST (MASSACHUSETTS)"

TACONIC PARKWAY
FROM THE SOUTH
(TACONIC/ NYC)
- Take the Taconic Parkway north to "Last Exit Before Toll - Rte. 295 - East Chatham."
- Take the jog left just a little ways to 295. Turn right on Rte. 295 and go 3 miles to East Chatham.
- Go left at the sign "Old Chatham - 3 Miles."
- At the stop sign in Old Chatham, turn left at the Old Chatham Country Store onto County Rte. 13.
- After one mile you'll see the Powell House sign marking a dirt road on your left. You may enter the driveway to load and unload. Parking is in the lot up the road past all the buildings.
